Ingredients

For the Filling
  • 2 packages refrigerated crescent roll dough (8 oz each)
  • 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded or chopped
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or Swiss cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise or cream cheese May substitute for a creamier filling.
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll the crescent dough and arrange the triangles in a circular pattern on the baking sheet, overlapping slightly to form a ring, with the pointed ends facing outward.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded turkey, cranberry sauce, shredded cheese, mayonnaise (or cream cheese), Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
  4. Spoon the filling onto the wide ends of the crescent dough, creating a circular mound.
  5. Gently fold the pointed ends of the dough over the filling, tucking them under the base to seal the ring.
Baking
  1. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  2. Allow the ring to cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
