Ingredients
  

Brownie Base
  • 1 cup unsalted butter Melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
Chocolate Chips
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, melt the butter.
  3. Stir in the granulated sugar and brown sugar until well combined.
  4. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Mix in the vanilla extract until combined.
  6. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
  7. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  8. Fold in the semisweet, milk, and white chocolate chips.
Baking
  1. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
  2. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  3. Let the brownies cool before cutting them into squares and serving.

Notes

To serve, dust with powdered sugar, pair with vanilla ice cream, or drizzle with chocolate or caramel sauce. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days at room temperature, or refrigerate for up to a week.
