Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a large casserole dish.
- Cook the chicken in a large pot over medium heat for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden and fully cooked.
- In a separate pot, boil salted water and cook the spaghetti until al dente, roughly 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Combining and Baking
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cooked spaghetti, cream of chicken soup, chopped bell peppers, spices, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until well blended.
- Pour the mixture into the greased casserole dish and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
Serving
- Allow the casserole to rest for 5 minutes before garnishing with the chopped green onions and serving.
Notes
Serve hot garnished with sliced green onions. Pair with a green salad or garlic bread for a complete meal. Can be prepared a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
