Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
- Scoop 1 to 2 tablespoons of shredded mozzarella cheese onto the baking sheet, forming small mounds about an inch apart.
- Sprinkle a pinch of Italian seasoning over each mound for added flavor.
- Place one slice of pepperoni on each mound of cheese.
Cooking
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 12 minutes or until the edges are golden and crispy.
- Once baked, let them cool for a few minutes before transferring to a serving plate.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for 2-3 days. If they lose their crunch, reheat them in the oven for a few minutes.
