  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese Use high-quality cheese for best results
  • 12 slices pepperoni
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning Add more for extra flavor
  • to taste keto pizza sauce Optional, for dipping

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  3. Scoop 1 to 2 tablespoons of shredded mozzarella cheese onto the baking sheet, forming small mounds about an inch apart.
  4. Sprinkle a pinch of Italian seasoning over each mound for added flavor.
  5. Place one slice of pepperoni on each mound of cheese.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for about 12 minutes or until the edges are golden and crispy.
  2. Once baked, let them cool for a few minutes before transferring to a serving plate.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for 2-3 days. If they lose their crunch, reheat them in the oven for a few minutes.
