  • 1 pound shredded Colby cheese

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Lightly grease a small casserole dish to prevent sticking.
  3. In the greased casserole dish, combine the diced potatoes, green beans, shredded cheese, and cream of chicken soup. Stir until well mixed.
Baking
  1. Cover the casserole dish with a lid or foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
  2. Remove the cover and continue baking for an additional 15 minutes or until bubbly and the top is lightly browned.
Serving
  1. Remove from the oven and serve hot.

Notes
