Cooking
- Preheat your grill to medium-high or your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Grill or bake the chicken tenders for 6-7 minutes on each side until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and have a golden brown color.
- Allow the chicken to rest for 5 minutes before slicing to retain juiciness.
