  • 1/4 cup milk For moisture.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, chopped parsley, egg, salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning, and milk.
  3. Mix all the ingredients until well combined.
  4. Shape the mixture into mini loaves and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until fully cooked, reaching an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  2. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

These meatloaves can be served with mashed potatoes and steamed vegetables, in a sandwich, or with marinara sauce. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the fridge or freeze them for longer storage.
