Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, chopped parsley, egg, salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning, and milk.
- Mix all the ingredients until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into mini loaves and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cooking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until fully cooked, reaching an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
These meatloaves can be served with mashed potatoes and steamed vegetables, in a sandwich, or with marinara sauce. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the fridge or freeze them for longer storage.
