- Scatter the chopped garlic on top of both the beef and potatoes.
- Generously place the butter pads over the mixture.
Cooking
- Cover the crockpot and set it to cook on low for six hours.
- Once cooked, use a spoon to drizzle the garlic butter sauce from the bottom over the beef and potatoes before serving.
