Main ingredients
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened 1 package
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts optional
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Method

Preparation
  1. In a medium bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and well combined.
  2. Place a flour tortilla on a clean surface and spread a layer of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the tortilla.
  3. Spoon a generous amount of cranberry sauce over the cream cheese layer, distributing it evenly.
  4. If desired, sprinkle the chopped nuts over the cranberry sauce.
  5. Carefully roll the tortilla up tightly, ensuring that the filling stays securely tucked inside.
  6. Once rolled, slice the tortilla into pinwheel-shaped pieces.
  7. Dust the sliced roll-ups with powdered sugar before serving.

Notes

Store leftover roll-ups in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about 3-4 days. For best texture, assemble them closer to serving time if made ahead.
