Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease your muffin tin with cooking spray.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk, adding garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until frothy.
- Gently stir in the chopped peppers, green onions, bacon (or your chosen protein), and most of the cheese.
- Fill each muffin cup about three-quarters full with the egg mixture and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
Cooking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the muffins are puffy and golden.
- Insert a toothpick into the center; it should come out clean.
- Allow the muffins to cool for 5-10 minutes before removing them from the tin.
