  • 4 pieces Croissants Fresh and flaky croissants
  • 4 large Eggs Scrambled
  • 8 slices Ham Your choice of ham
  • 8 slices Cheese Your choice of cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Butter Optional, for spreading
  • to taste Salt For seasoning the eggs
  • to taste Pepper For seasoning the eggs

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Split the croissants in half horizontally.
  3. In a skillet, scramble the eggs and season them with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Layer slices of ham and cheese on the bottom half of each croissant.
  5. Spoon the scrambled eggs over the ham and cheese.
  6. Place the top half of the croissant on each sandwich.
  7. (Optional) Spread a little butter on the outside of the croissants for added flavor.
  8. Place the sandwiches on a baking sheet and warm in the oven for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy your delicious creation!

Notes

These sandwiches can be served as is or with a side of fresh fruit or salad. Packet with a toothpick for easy handling. A little hot sauce can also enhance the flavor.
