Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Split the croissants in half horizontally.
- In a skillet, scramble the eggs and season them with salt and pepper to taste.
- Layer slices of ham and cheese on the bottom half of each croissant.
- Spoon the scrambled eggs over the ham and cheese.
- Place the top half of the croissant on each sandwich.
- (Optional) Spread a little butter on the outside of the croissants for added flavor.
- Place the sandwiches on a baking sheet and warm in the oven for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
- Serve warm and enjoy your delicious creation!
Notes
These sandwiches can be served as is or with a side of fresh fruit or salad. Packet with a toothpick for easy handling. A little hot sauce can also enhance the flavor.
