Preparation
- Place the chicken breasts in your crockpot.
- Sprinkle the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper evenly over the chicken.
- Pour in the chicken broth, followed by the grated Parmesan cheese, cubed cream cheese, and minced garlic.
- Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 4-5 hours or on high for 2-3 hours until the chicken is tender and fully cooked.
Cooking Pasta and Combining
- Once cooked, shred the chicken directly in the crockpot using two forks and mix it into the creamy sauce.
- Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to package directions, then drain and add it to the crockpot.
- Pour in heavy cream or half-and-half, stirring until the pasta is thoroughly coated in the sauce.
Serving
- Serve warm, garnished with extra Parmesan or chopped parsley.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the fridge or freeze individual portions for up to three months. Reheat in the microwave or stovetop.
