- Place the boneless chicken breasts in the bottom of the crock pot.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the fresh lemon juice, butter, minced garlic, chicken broth, capers, salt, and pepper. Whisk them together until well blended.

- Cover your crock pot and choose your cooking time - cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is tender and can be easily shredded.
