Cooking Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with a generous amount of salt and pepper on both sides.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Place the seasoned chicken in the skillet. Cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- Lower the heat slightly and add the minced garlic to the pan, sautéing for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in the cream, stirring constantly to blend it with the garlic.
- Add the Italian seasoning and the grated Parmesan. Stir until the sauce becomes smooth. If using spinach, fold it in and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Return the crispy chicken to the skillet, spooning the rich sauce over the top.
- Allow it to simmer together for an additional minute before removing from the heat.
- Serve hot, paired with pasta, roasted veggies, or fluffy mashed potatoes.
Notes
To store leftovers, transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate for 3-4 days. Reheat gently to maintain crispiness. For variations, consider adding sun-dried tomatoes or red pepper flakes for heat.
