Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Brush each cod fillet with olive oil, ensuring they’re evenly coated.
  4. Coat each fillet in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to help it adhere.
  5. Place the coated cod fillets in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Cooking
  1. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until the fish is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.
  2. Serve hot with lemon wedges for a burst of flavor.
