  • 8 oz cream cheese block, softened Ensure cream cheese is completely softened for best texture.
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Toppings
  • 2/3 cup caramel dip Warm the caramel for easier pouring.
  • 2 tbsp toffee bits
  • 1 tbsp peanuts, chopped
  • 1 tbsp walnuts, chopped
  • Apples (for dipping) Cut fresh apples into wedges for serving.

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.
  2. Use a hand mixer or stand mixer to blend the ingredients until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the caramel dip for 15-second intervals until it is warm and pourable.
Assembly
  1. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly in the bottom of your serving dish.
  2. Pour the warm caramel over the cream cheese layer, spreading it evenly across the top.
  3. Sprinkle the toffee bits, chopped peanuts, and walnuts over the caramel layer.
  4. Cut fresh apples into wedges for dipping, and enjoy!

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Best to add apples right before serving to prevent browning.
