Preparation
- In a saucepan, combine the Coca-Cola, sugar, and butter.
- Place the saucepan over medium heat, stirring until the mixture comes to a boil.
- Once boiling, reduce the heat and let the mixture simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the chocolate chips until they melt completely.
- Add the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and nuts (if using). Mix well until everything is well incorporated.
- Pour the mixture into a greased pan and spread it evenly.
- Allow the fudge to cool completely at room temperature.
- Once cooled, cut the fudge into squares and enjoy!
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week, or refrigerate for up to two weeks. For a firmer texture, refrigerate after cooling.
