Ingredients

Yogurt Mixture
  • 1.5 cups chopped strawberries Use fresh ripe strawberries for best flavor.
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt Can substitute with regular or dairy-free yogurt.
  • 1 tbsp honey Can be replaced with maple syrup for a vegan option.
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract Add almond or mint extract for different flavors.
Chocolate Coating
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips White chocolate can be used as a variation.
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil Helps to smooth out the chocolate when melting.

Method

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, add chopped strawberries, plain Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix thoroughly until well blended.
  2. Use a spoon to scoop about 2 tablespoons of the yogurt mixture onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet or large plate to form clusters.
Freezing
  1. Place the baking sheet in the freezer and let the clusters freeze until completely solid, approximately 1-2 hours.
Chocolate Coating
  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 15 to 30-second intervals, stirring each time, until fully melted.
  2. Remove the frozen yogurt clusters from the freezer. Using a spoon, carefully dip each cluster into the melted chocolate for an even coating.
  3. Place the coated clusters back onto the baking sheet.
Finishing Touch
  1. If desired, sprinkle a little sea salt on top of each cluster.
  2. Return the clusters to the freezer for a few minutes to allow the chocolate to harden and the yogurt to solidify.
  3. Enjoy your delicious Chocolate Strawberry Yogurt Clusters!

Notes
