  • 2 cups frozen tater tots
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped parsley for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, Alfredo sauce, peas and carrots, and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly in a greased casserole dish.
  4. Arrange the tater tots on top of the chicken mixture in a single layer.
  5. Sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the tater tots.
Cooking
  1. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the tater tots are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
  2. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired, and serve hot.

Notes

Using rotisserie chicken can save time and ensure your chicken is perfectly cooked and seasoned. Feel free to use homemade Alfredo sauce for a more personalized flavor. Other vegetables like broccoli or bell peppers can be added for extra nutrition.
