Preparation
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken with the garlic aioli. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and mix until well combined.
Assembly
- Lay out a tortilla on a clean surface. Spoon a quarter of the chicken mixture onto the center of the tortilla.
- Sprinkle a generous amount of shredded cheddar cheese over the chicken mixture.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up from the bottom to the top, securing the filling inside.
- Repeat the process for the remaining tortillas and filling.
Optional Heating
- For an extra touch, you can lightly toast the wraps in a skillet over medium heat for a couple of minutes on each side until the tortillas are golden and the cheese melts.
Serving
- Cut each wrap in half and enjoy!
Notes
If you have leftovers, store the wraps wrapped tightly in aluminum foil or in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, warm them in a microwave or on a skillet.
