Preparation
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cheese, chopped lettuce, diced tomatoes, and ranch dressing. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Lay out each tortilla flat on a clean surface.
- Spoon a generous amount of the chicken mixture into the center of each tortilla.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and roll tightly from the bottom up.
Cooking
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and place the wraps seam side down in the skillet.
- Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and the cheese has melted.
- Remove from the skillet, slice in half, and serve warm.
Notes
Wrap leftovers in an airtight container and store in the fridge for 3-4 days. For longer storage, freeze before cooking and reheat when ready.
