Baking

Serving
- Scoop out portions and place them on plates.
- Add a dollop of sour cream and garnish with diced tomatoes and fresh cilantro.
Notes
If you want a spicier kick, consider adding jalapeños to the chicken mixture. For a more cohesive texture, mix in shredded cheese with the chicken mixture before baking. To save time, use store-bought shredded rotisserie chicken.
