Preparation
- Rinse the zucchinis under cold water and dry them thoroughly.
- Trim the ends and slice the zucchinis into 1/4-inch thick rounds.
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix them well to create a seasoning blend.
- Add the sliced zucchini to the mixing bowl. Toss them until every slice is evenly coated with the seasoning.
- Set your air fryer to preheat at 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
Cooking
- Place the seasoned zucchini slices in the air fryer basket in a single layer, avoiding overcrowding. Cook them for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
- If desired, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the zucchini slices during the last 2 minutes of cooking.
- Remove the zucchini from the air fryer and allow them to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer for a few minutes to regain their crispiness. Avoid overcrowding for even cooking.
