Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 4 medium medium zucchinis About 1.5 pounds
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt Or to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper Or to taste
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese Optional

Method

Preparation
  1. Rinse the zucchinis under cold water and dry them thoroughly.
  2. Trim the ends and slice the zucchinis into 1/4-inch thick rounds.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix them well to create a seasoning blend.
  4. Add the sliced zucchini to the mixing bowl. Toss them until every slice is evenly coated with the seasoning.
  5. Set your air fryer to preheat at 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
Cooking
  1. Place the seasoned zucchini slices in the air fryer basket in a single layer, avoiding overcrowding. Cook them for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
  2. If desired, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the zucchini slices during the last 2 minutes of cooking.
  3. Remove the zucchini from the air fryer and allow them to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer for a few minutes to regain their crispiness. Avoid overcrowding for even cooking.
