Preparation
  1. Preheat the Air Fryer to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Slice the apples thinly and evenly, aiming for about 1/8 inch thick.
  3. Lightly spray the apple slices with coconut oil.
  4. Sprinkle cinnamon over the apple slices.
  5. Place the apple slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Cooking
  1. Air fry the apple slices for about 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  2. Keep an eye on them to prevent burning.
  3. Remove from the air fryer and let cool before serving.

Notes

Store the cooled apple chips in an airtight container. They can last up to a week. For long-term storage, consider refrigerating them.
