- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, broccoli, cauliflower, cream cheese, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix everything until it’s thoroughly blended into a creamy mixture.
- Transfer the chicken mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Generously sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the casserole is bubbling and the cheese is beautifully melted.
- Let it cool slightly before serving to allow the flavors to deepen.
