  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese For that gooey, melty top.
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth Helps to keep the casserole moist.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder Adds flavor without the hassle.
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder For an extra depth of taste.
  • Salt and pepper to taste Don’t forget to season!

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, broccoli, cauliflower, cream cheese, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix everything until it’s thoroughly blended into a creamy mixture.
  3. Transfer the chicken mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  4. Generously sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the casserole is bubbling and the cheese is beautifully melted.
