- Add the chopped garlic atop both the beef and potatoes.
- Distribute the butter pads generously over the entire mixture.
- Cover the crockpot and set it to low for six hours.
- Once done, carefully scoop out the garlic butter sauce from the bottom and drizzle it over the beef and potatoes before serving.
