  • 1.5 pounds baby Yukon gold potatoes Other potato varieties can be used as well.
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 tablespoon garlic, chopped Add for extra flavor.
  • 5 tablespoons butter, cut into pads

Preparation
  1. Place the beef stew meat on one half of the crockpot and the baby potatoes on the other side.
  2. Sprinkle the onion powder, garlic powder, and seasoned salt evenly over both the beef and potatoes.
  3. Gently toss the beef, ensuring it's coated with the seasonings, while keeping it separate from the potatoes.
  4. Add the chopped garlic atop both the beef and potatoes.
  5. Distribute the butter pads generously over the entire mixture.
  6. Cover the crockpot and set it to low for six hours.
  7. Once done, carefully scoop out the garlic butter sauce from the bottom and drizzle it over the beef and potatoes before serving.

Notes

For enhanced flavor, consider browning the beef in a skillet before adding it to the crockpot. Adjust seasonings to taste and feel free to add veggies like carrots or green beans. Serve with crusty bread or a fresh salad.
