Method
 

Cooking the Chicken
  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the chicken and cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy. Remove the chicken and set aside.
Making the Sauce
  1. Lower the heat slightly and sauté the minced garlic in the same pan for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  2. Pour in the cream and stir to blend it with the garlic, then add Italian seasoning and Parmesan cheese; mix until the sauce is smooth.
  3. If using spinach, stir it in and let everything simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Combining
  1. Return the crispy chicken to the skillet, spoon the creamy sauce over it, and allow it to simmer for an additional minute before serving.

Notes

Don't rush frying the chicken; let it form a crust. Use fresh garlic for vibrant flavor. Adjust seasoning to your taste. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for 3-4 days.
